EMAC®'s Universal Accessibility and Safety Challenge returns to Cevisama 2025

Cevisama 2025 will once again be the stage for the ASU Active Challenge – Universal Accessibility and Safety by EMAC® Grupo, an initiative aimed at raising awareness among architects and construction professionals about the importance of designing truly accessible spaces for everyone, including people with visual impairments or reduced mobility.
With the support of Fundación ONCE, the challenge consists of an immersive circuit where participants can experience firsthand the challenges of accessibility. Using a cane, they will navigate a darkened pathway, guided by the Universal Accessibility Tactile Paving System, which includes tactile buttons and guiding strips that serve as orientation and warning elements for obstacles, level changes, or unprotected openings.
The ASU Active Challenge has traveled across many regions of Spain, and now we invite you to live this unique experience and immerse yourself in the importance of inclusive design.
Join us at Feria Valencia, Level 2, Pavilion 4, from February 24 to 28!
