EMAC® will bring innovation and design to Cevisama 2025
EMAC® Grupo will not miss its annual appointment with Cevisama, where we will present BuildingEye® System, our pioneering smart structural joint monitoring system, which we have installed for the first time this week at the municipal facilities of Las Naves in Valencia.
This system implements Internet of Things (IoT) technology for the first time to create a digital twin of the building, sending real-time data on the condition and behavior of structural joints to proactively prevent anomalies.
BuildingEye® System is EMAC® Grupo’s technological commitment to the construction sector, integrating advanced technology and sustainability into a comprehensive solution.
Among the new solutions, the Novolistel and Novoescuadra® Eclipse Sunset profiles with bi-directional lighting from the Eclipse Collection stand out.These two innovations can be experienced in an immersive journey, EMAC® Xperience, which this year is inspired by the sunset and will be located at Level 2, Pavilion 2, Stand A70 at Feria Valencia.
2025 Innovations
EMAC® Grupo will present six new profile solutions for the construction, architecture, and design sectors at Cevisama 2025, along with the 2XL + ONCE accessibility solution. Among the highlights is the launch of the Novolistel Eclipse® Sunset and Novoescuadra® Eclipse Sunset profiles from the Eclipse Collection, featuring bi-directional lighting. These two versatile solutions create an immersive lighting effect on walls and ceilings, adding depth, warmth, and comfort to any space.
Range Expansions
With the aim of completing our catalog, which includes more than 5,000 references, and adapting to new trends, we will showcase new solutions from existing collections at Cevisama 2025.
On one hand, the Novojunta 3 PVC expansion joint profile in transparent, made from co-extruded PVC, is designed to absorb small movement variations while offering high resistance.
On the other hand, the Novoescuadra Aluminum profile in 20 and 25 mm, now available in the trendy matte white finish, is designed for edge protection or decoration for any type of cladding. It is perfect for renovation or refurbishment projects, as it does not require construction work for installation.
Other new additions include the superimposed Novoescuadra and Novosepara MINI profiles in Royal Gold, made of aluminum with a unique golden finish for premium environments that allow for the protection and decoration of building corners. The first allows installation on all types of cladding, protecting and decorating building corners at the same time. The second is designed as a separator joint between thin cladding materials, whether of the same or different nature.
Novorodapié Semiflex in anthracite is another new addition that the Valencian company will present at Cevisama. This profile, made of semi-flexible PVC and easy to install, is intended for use as a skirting board. Thanks to its curved finish, it facilitates cleaning, preventing the accumulation of germs.
EMAC® Grupo, as a specialist in solutions for accessibility and universal safety, will present at Cevisama the 2XL installation template designed in collaboration with Fundación ONCE. It consists of installation templates for 120 x 120 cm podotactile buttons that help visually impaired individuals detect decision points along their route. These templates complement the existing range and strengthen the Universal Accessibility Podotactile System, ensuring compliance with the most demanding accessibility regulations.
