II EMAC® Brand Forum: A Meeting of Values and Success
The day we had been eagerly waiting for finally arrived! On September 5th, we welcomed the representatives from our subsidiaries in Italy and America to the EMAC® Group headquarters to celebrate the II EMAC® Brand Forum. This event is much more than just a forum; it’s an opportunity to bring together our large global family and bring to life the values that make us unique and successful: humility, joy, innovation, quality, and family.
With great enthusiasm, our sales agents and subsidiary representatives joined the team to kick off a day filled with excitement, shared ideas, and plenty of positive energy. It was just the beginning of an unforgettable experience!
The first day concluded successfully, and we couldn’t be happier. This gathering was not only an opportunity to review our achievements and challenges but also to reconnect with what truly drives us: our values and our unity as a team. Every moment reminded us that EMAC® is much more than just a company; it is a large family working together with passion and dedication. With renewed energy, we wrapped up the first day knowing that the best was yet to come. Excitement was in the air!
The second day of the forum kicked off with great energy. From the start, we immersed ourselves in promotional activities and hands-on sessions designed to keep us in constant action. Additionally, we took the opportunity to present our teams with the latest developments from EMAC® Group, preparing for our participation in the CERSAIE trade fair, which will take place from September 23 to 27 in Bologna. We had the chance to discuss key topics such as the current market, new building trends, and our future strategies. Innovation and progress are in EMAC®'s DNA, and staying one step ahead is what allows us to make a difference.
A highlight of the forum was the participation of Sergio Ayala, who secretly blended into the EMAC® team for two days as an external agent to get to know the inner workings of the company and our team. Before the event ended, he revealed his "deception"—he did it so well that no one suspected a thing! After the surprise, our dear friend and speaker shared valuable lessons during his talk. He reminded us that true success comes from daring to do what makes us uncomfortable, stepping out of our comfort zone, and always seeking to stand out. His message resonated deeply with all of us, inspiring us to keep breaking barriers and challenging the limits of what is possible.

The II EMAC® Brand Forum has been an incredible experience, and we can’t thank everyone enough for participating and making it possible. Over these two days, we not only learned about sustainability, innovation, and strategy, but we also reaffirmed what makes us great in the construction world: our shared values and the sense of family that unites us.
