EMAC® Group concludes Cevisama 2025 with a very positive outcome

We have been present in four key areas of the fair to showcase our innovations

The presence of EMAC® Group at the 41st edition of Cevisama has been a great success, consolidating its position as a benchmark in innovative solutions for construction, architecture, and design. This year, we have been present in four key areas within the fair: the main stand, EMAC® Xperience, Hotel Cevisama, and the Accessibility and Universal Safety Challenge, allowing attendees to discover all our new developments firsthand.

Presentation of BuildingEye® system

Among the major milestones of this edition, the launch of BuildingEye® system stands out—a pioneering intelligent structural joint monitoring system based on IoT technology. Installed for the first time at Las Naves (Valencia), this innovative system enables the creation of a digital twin of the building, sending real-time data to prevent anomalies. A technological solution that reinforces EMAC® Group's commitment to sustainability and smart construction.

New Solutions and Range Expansions

EMAC® Grupo has introduced six new profiling solutions, highlighting the bidirectional lighting profiles Novolistel Eclipse® Sunset and Novoescuadra Eclipse® Sunset from the Eclipse Collection, which add depth and warmth to architectural spaces.

Among the range expansions, the following stand out:

  • Novojunta® 3 PVC Transparent, ideal for absorbing slight movement variations.
  • Novoescuadra Aluminum in Matte White (20 and 25 mm), perfect for renovations without requiring construction work.
  • Overlapping profiles Novoescuadra and Novosepara MINI in Royal Gold, featuring a premium gold finish for corners and transitions between different coatings.
  • Novorodapié® Semiflex in Anthracite, made of semi-flexible PVC, designed to facilitate cleaning and prevent the accumulation of germs.
  • 2XL + ONCE Accessibility Solution, an innovative template designed to ensure safety for visually impaired individuals.

Participation in Hotel Cevisama

EMAC® Grupo has been part of Hotel Cevisama, a cutting-edge space designed by architect Héctor Ruiz-Velázquez, where the Novopeldaño Eclipse® Aura has been integrated. This solution enhances staircase design with indirect lighting, aligning with current trends in architecture and design.


EMAC® Sessions: Sharing Knowledge

As part of Cevisama 2025, EMAC® Group organized exclusive training sessions at its stand, addressing key topics and sharing knowledge with industry professionals. Among the highlighted sessions were:

  • Prevention of Pathologies in Construction, led by Javier Juan Francés, Project Manager at EMAC® Group, where the most common structural issues and innovative solutions to prevent them were analyzed.
  • Sustainability in Construction, with contributions from Carlos Muñoz Sanfeliu and Ricardo Oltra, alongside Oleb Arquitectura. The session presented strategies to move towards a more sustainable sector, including successful case studies.
  • The Accessibility Chain, presented by Alba Purriños, emphasizing the importance of ensuring accessible environments for everyone, discussing regulations and innovative solutions.
  • 12 Key Elements for Accessibility in Buildings and Streets, delivered by Ángel Antonio Cobo Portalo, who outlined the essential aspects of designing inclusive spaces.
  • Trends: Color of the Year, featuring José Luis Mates and José Ribera Fernández, exploring the influence of color in architecture and interior design, aligned with current trends.

These sessions also served as a meeting point for discussions on the future of construction, universal accessibility, and innovations in materials and design. A space for learning and networking that reinforces EMAC® Group's commitment to the evolution of the industry.

    • Universal Accessibility and Safety Challenge

    One of the most impactful spaces at the fair was the ASU Challenge, an immersive circuit where attendees experienced firsthand the importance of accessibility. Equipped with a cane, they navigated a darkened path guided by EMAC® Group’s Universal Tactile Accessibility System.

    EMAC® Xperience: A Sensory Experience

    This year, EMAC® Xperience amazed visitors with "Your Sunset Moment", an installation inspired by the Eclipse® Sunset Collection. Through a mesmerizing interplay of light and shadow, attendees experienced a unique sensory journey, connecting with the serenity and harmony of sunset.


    Cevisama 2025 has been a highly positive edition for EMAC® Group. The director of the event, Carmen Álvarez, highlighted "the extremely high quality of buyers who have chosen Cevisama," enabling exhibitors to strengthen customer loyalty and expand into new markets. EMAC® Group concludes this edition with a successful outcome, reaffirming its leadership in innovation, accessibility, and architectural design.
