This July 14th, we celebrate the 38th anniversary of EMAC® Group, and we do so with the same excitement as on day one. Another year of progress, growth, and shared commitment. And as always on this special date, we take a moment to look back with pride and look forward with hope.
It’s been almost four decades of innovation, learning, and overcoming challenges. But one thing is clear to us: the greatest driving force in this story is our team. Every person at EMAC® brings something unique. Because at EMAC®, being unique doesn't mean standing above others—it means doing things with authenticity, with purpose, and above all, with soul.
Our DNA is built every day through passion, responsibility, and collaboration. And that shows in every project, every solution, and every satisfied customer. That’s our greatest guarantee for the future.
Awards that celebrate the best of us
As part of this celebration, we held our traditional internal awards, which recognize the attitudes that best reflect the EMAC® spirit. This year, we honored six colleagues who inspire with how they show up and how they act.
The Positive Attitude Award went to David, Mª Amparo, and Pepi for their energy, optimism, and contagious joy. And the Resolute Spirit Award went to Jesús, Alba, and David (yes, a well-deserved double award!) for their ability to take action, solve problems, and move forward with commitment and effectiveness.
We want to thank each of them for being examples and driving forces—and to the entire team for continuing to build a place where talent goes hand in hand with camaraderie.
Returning to our roots to keep moving forward
This celebration wouldn’t have been complete without the heartfelt visit of Mr. Boix, the man who started it all 38 years ago. With his warmth, kindness, and deep respect for our origins, he reminds us every year of who we are and why we’re still here.
It was a day to honour our brand, our values, our culture, our shared passion—and above all, the team that makes EMAC® what it is: a brand with impact. Because being unique isn’t about standing out above others, it’s about doing things with soul. And at EMAC®, that’s exactly what we do.
