ASU Challenge | Mas Camarena Educational Complex
Over 300 students and teachers from the Mas Camarena Educational Complex took part in the ASU Challenge (Universal Accessibility), an initiative by EMAC® Group in collaboration with Fundación ONCE, aimed at promoting awareness of universal accessibility.
During the sessions, participants experienced what it’s like to live with blindness or reduced vision, gaining firsthand understanding of the challenges faced daily by people with visual impairments. This activity encouraged empathy and commitment toward removing architectural barriers.
The ASU Challenge is part of EMAC® Group’s social responsibility initiatives, designed to educate and raise awareness about creating inclusive and accessible spaces for everyone.
As emphasized by the organizers, awareness is the key to transforming accessibility into a universal right, paving the way for a barrier-free society.
