EMAC® Group renews its corporate uniform to strengthen brand culture and belonging

A project that has enabled us to further align our external image with our values.

At EMAC®, we know that a brand is not built solely on a good logo or a well-defined colour palette. A brand goes much further: it is conveyed, felt and represented through the people who make it possible every day.

That is why we have revamped our corporate uniform. This project has allowed us to further align our external image with our internal values and continue moving towards a consistent, vibrant and shared brand culture.

Why renew uniformity?

At EMAC®, we understand that corporate uniformity is not just a matter of aesthetics, but a strategic tool that reinforces our brand identity. Renewing it means taking another step towards consistency, projecting professionalism, order and care in every interaction. Furthermore, well-designed uniforms not only communicate to the outside world, but also have a positive impact on the well-being of the team: they foster a sense of belonging, reinforce internal culture and reduce the mental burden of day-to-day life. In an international context such as ours, it also helps us maintain a unified and recognisable image across all our offices. In short, renewing our uniformity means renewing our commitment to who we are and how we want to present ourselves to the world.


A project made with care

For this change, we have collaborated with Loles Romero, from Le Maniqui, who has accompanied us in the process of analysing, designing and choosing the new garments. A professional who understands that wearing a brand is also wearing an attitude.

We like to say that at EMAC® we don't wear uniforms, we wear our way of doing things. And now, we do so with more consistency, pride and style than ever before.
