The Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, one of the icons of world football, has recently been renovated with the participation of EMAC® Group.

The specific EMAC® solutions prescribed and installed in the project include:
Novojunta® Pro Basic and Pro Aluminum: This profile system is designed for placement in expansion joints. The system consists of aluminum profiles with an EPDM rubber insert that accommodates multidirectional movements and withstands weather conditions, thermal variations, wear, and moisture.
Other solutions that are part of the stadium renovation include:
- Novotapajuntas GTA: A cover joint profile made of anodized aluminum, ideal for high-traffic areas like this project, thanks to its wide, anti-slip visible surface.
- Novoescocia® 4 PVC: A sanitary profile with a cove-shaped geometry and a wide visible surface, made from white extruded PVC. This solution prevents dirt accumulation.
- Novoescocia® S: A sanitary profile with a discreet visible surface that facilitates cleaning in difficult areas and prevents the accumulation of germs. It offers active and long-lasting protection against more than 30 bacteria.
- Novojunta Astra®: An expansion joint profile made of an extra-resistant polymer that absorbs floor movements, helping to prevent cracks and damage. Its finishes allow for complete integration with the flooring.
- Novojunta® Metallic and Novojunta® Metallic Flex: These are solutions for expansion joints in floors or wall coverings. They are made of aluminum with a central body of high-performance EPDM or silicone, ideal for absorbing stresses and deformations, preventing potential pathologies.
- Novosepara® 4, Novosepara® 1 Brass: Profiles that act as divider joints and enhance the connections of materials of the same or different nature.
- Firestop Cord: Firestop joint systems aim to achieve tightness against flames, hot gases, or flammable gases, preventing the chimney effect between construction elements, which is usually a critical point in structures.
- Novocanto® Aluminum: A rounded profile used as a corner protector to decorate and protect corners of walls covered with ceramic tiles, providing the strength and lightness of aluminum.
- Novostrip: An anti-slip profile made of extruded aluminum that is placed on stairs, ramps, or passage areas to ensure safety against falls.
