EMAC® Group Holds a Technical Seminar on Joints in Valencia

EMAC® Group held a new Technical Seminar on “Expansion Joints in Buildings and Façades” on Thursday, June 17, aimed at architects and construction professionals from the Valencian Community.

The Spanish Building Code (CTE) requires the installation of expansion joints in construction elements, floors, and coverings to reduce the effects of expansion and contraction caused mainly by thermal variations. Proper installation is essential to prevent structural pathologies. During the seminar, different types of joints and their applications were reviewed.

After the presentation, conducted by the Technical Department of EMAC® Group, attendees enjoyed an honorary wine reception at the company’s showroom, where they could explore EMAC®’s wide range of solutions and interact with the technical team.

The event was attended by prominent architects, builders, and decorators from the region, as well as supported by leading ceramic companies.
