In this context, EMAC® Group seeks to create innovations that not only comply with regulations, but also go beyond them to improve the user experience. For this reason, it launches its new product Novopletina® Safety XL, a non-slip strip within its Safety range.


Materials

The uniqueness of this solution lies in the combination of matt silver anodised aluminium with a high-performance non-slip strip. Aluminium, known for its lightness, durability and strength, provides a solid base capable of withstanding demanding conditions, both indoors and outdoors. Its anodised finish not only enhances aesthetics, but also increases resistance to corrosion and wear.

Furthermore, being made of aluminium oxide on a PVC backing, it achieves the R13 classification according to DIN 51130 standards, the highest level of slip resistance. This guarantees exceptional grip even in adverse conditions, such as the presence of water, making it a key ally in high-traffic areas.


Aplicattion

Its versatility allows easy installation on already finished surfaces, adapting to multiple environments. It can be installed as a flooring separator, at shop entrances, on stair treads or ramps, improving not only safety but also accessibility. In addition, its greater width helps comply with current recommendations regarding inclusive design.

Installation can be carried out using adhesive or mechanical fixing, offering flexibility according to the needs of the project. Its visual contrast, available in different colours, also makes it an effective tool for tactile and visual signalling, especially in spaces where orientation and safety are essential.
