Annual Strategy Meeting 2024 of EMAC® Group

At EMAC® Group, the Annual Strategy Meeting has become a key event for reflecting on our progress, recognizing collective effort, and setting the goals that will drive us forward into the coming year. This gathering not only allowed us to celebrate the achievements of 2024 but also to strengthen our vision for the future, with the team as a fundamental pillar.

A Year of Great Milestones

2024 has been a particularly significant year for EMAC®. We have achieved goals that initially seemed out of reach. Among them, our involvement in complex projects stands out, made possible by our innovative technical solutions, as well as the expansion of our international team with the addition of a new colleague in France, paving the way to new markets. Furthermore, we successfully completed the first installation of the BuildingEye® system, reinforcing our commitment to innovation and the development of cutting-edge solutions.

In terms of business, we exceeded expected revenues with many of our suppliers and increased the number of projects specifying our solutions. On an industry level, we celebrated our fourth successful participation in Cevisama, a key event for our sector, as well as our presence at then Big 5 Global exhibition in Dubai and SIB Morocco. Adding to this, our CEO, Emi Boix, assumed the presidency of IVEFA—an achievement that fills us with pride and reflects the leadership that defines us.

We also faced significant challenges, such as those brought about by the DANA storm, which tested our responsiveness. Thanks to the collaboration and effort of everyone involved, we managed to resume operations in record time, reaffirming our resilience and team spirit.

Reflection and Planning for an Even Better 2025

The meeting focused on reviewing our values, strategic objectives, and the importance of our brand. At the heart of all these discussions were the people: the EMAC® team, whose dedication and commitment have made each of this year's achievements possible. The gathering also served as a space to strengthen our cohesion and set ambitious goals for 2025.

As is tradition, we celebrated this moment with a team lunch, enjoying a relaxed environment that reminded us victories are sweeter when shared. We are confident that the coming year will bring new opportunities and challenges, which we will face with the enthusiasm and professionalism that define us.
